Downtown Gilbert is on a roll. Not long after the opening of welcome new-ish dining spots Joyride Taco House, SoCal Taco Company and Postino East, it's been announced two more restaurants are headed to the Heritage District: Zinburger and Lolo’s Chicken and Waffles.

The eateries will be part of a new development by LGE Design Build called Heritage Marketplace. Its initial phase of construction, a 31,000-square-foot two-story building containing retail, restaurant and office space, should be complete in summer 2014.
