If you are looking for more than just a few laughs then "Arthur" is the movie for you. Arthur (played by Russell Brand, also known as the voice of Dr. Nefario in "Despicable Me"), is your typical playboy who has inherited billions of dollars and is all play and no work. This lifestyle suits him perfectly, but not for those around him who get embarrassed by his public drunken behavior that makes the family business look bad all the time. His mother Vivienne (played by Geraldine James, also known as Mrs. Hudson in "Sherlock Holmes"), is finally fed up with Arthur's behavior and the image he is giving his family's company and decides to give him an ultimatum. Arthur has a choice he now has to make; if he wants to keep his billions of dollars of inheritance money, he has to marry a businesswoman named Susan (played by Jennifer Garner, also known as Jenny Perotti in "Ghost of Girlfriend's Past") that will make the overall company image look better despite the damage Arthur may have done, or he can be cut off entirely from the inheritance if he decides to not marry her. The main problem is Arthur hates Susan with a passion but loves his billion-dollar inheritance and won't change his lifestyle.

Arthur and his mother do not get along real well. She is more of a tough father than a nurturing mother to him, so Arthur gets his nurturing from his nanny Hobson (played by Helen Mirren, also known as Cameron Lynne in "State of Play"), who has been there for Arthur the entire 30 years of his life. She has been there more for Arthur than his own business-woman mother has been. Hobson knows that it's about time that Arthur grows up and helps push him to marry Susan because she wants what is best for him. But when Arthur comes across a girl named Naomi (played by Greta Gerwig, also known as Patrice in "No Strings Attached"), and sees that Arthur has fallen for her, she realizes that marrying Susan may not be what is best for Arthur after all.

Will Arthur choose the money or will he choose the girl? Find out in this hilarious film with sporadic jokes, as well as a few appearances from some old famous cars you haven't seen on the big screen in a while, like the Batmobile and Mystery Machine. Additional appearances are made in the movie by Luis Guzman, Nick Nolte and Evander Holyfield.
