Television is full of cheesy sitcoms, so why not unplug from 6 p.m to 8 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 5, and make some real cheese of your own?

Gina Buskirk, Italian chef and owner of Gina’s Homemade — 10953 N. Frank Lloyd Wright Blvd, Suite 5, Scottsdale — will teach you how to make fresh mozzarella, which you’ll take home at the end of the evening. Wine tasting and snacks are also included in the $20 class fee.

Space is limited, so reserve your spot sooner than later at (480) 882-0787. More information is available at
