Tonia Muhs and Anthony Leathers are engaged to be married, and the wedding is planned for March 6, 2009 in Phoenix.
The bride-to-be is the daughter of Michael and Joy Muhs of Ahwatukee Foothills. She is an Arizona State University graduate and is employed by the Kyrene Elementary School District.
The bridegroom-to-be is the son of John and Mary Anne Leathers of Mesa. He is a graduate of Southern Illinois University and is employed by the Tempe Union High School District.
