A fine dining staple for more than a decade, John Henry’s offers a rack of lamb, chicken dishes, filets and great wine by the glass. Open for lunch from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. on weekdays. Dinner is served from 5 to 10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday, and until 11 p.m. on Friday and Saturday.

This fine dining establishment features a menu blending traditional Native American dishes with Southwestern cuisine. The expansive wine list creates a balance between big label wines and vintages that might be considered boutique or cult. Other luxurious touchese include Frette tablecloths and napkins and temperature controlled flatware. Dinner is served 5:30 to 9:30 p.m. Tuesday through Thursday and 5:30 to 10 p.m. Friday and Saturday. Reservations are strongly suggested.

At The Melting Pot, fondue truly becomes a memorable four-course dining experience where patrons can dip into something different. Open Monday through Thursday from 4 to 10 p.m., Friday from 4:30 to 11 p.m., Saturday from 3 to 11 p.m. and Sunday from 3 to 10 p.m.
