Tom Lambros knows there’s a science to what his company does, but he admits there’s almost a psychology as well.
“Everything really is based on the personalities,” he said of design choices made by customers. “I’ll go in, people won’t know where to start … I talk to them, spend time with them. It’s about getting to know them, what they feel.”
