Rehab Plus Ahwatukee opened in March 2009 and owner Keith Pritchette, DPT, ATC, says he enjoys both working and living in Ahwatukee Foothills.
“The best part of my job is being able to help the people in my community and to give back,” the Lakewood resident said.
That’s probably why Ahwatukee Foothills voters gave Rehab Plus Ahwatukee “Best New Business” honors in Ahwatukee Foothills’ Best of 2009.
Rehab Plus Ahwatukee is a private outpatient orthopedic physical therapy and sports medicine clinic dedicated to helping injured individuals, who are athletic minded, regain their functional and sport specific abilities. Whether you are suffering from tendinitis or recovering from surgery, they make sure that you return to your sport or activity quickly, safely and at a level equal to or higher than when you suffered your setback.
Pritchette, who received his bachelor’s degree in athletic training from Northeastern University in 2000, went on to earn his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Arizona School of Health Sciences in 2003. He has spent his whole career specializing in orthopedic sports medicine and has worked with both amateur and professional athletes, as well as the general population.
“You don’t need a doctor’s prescription to come see me and most insurance covers your visit with us,” Pritchette said.
Rehab Plus Ahwatukee also offers private Pilates sessions, has two licensed massage therapists and can evaluate, diagnosis and treat various musculoskeletal injuries or orthopedic disorders, as well as post surgical rehabilitation for all ages.
