Real estate may be in the dumps, but you wouldn’t know it speaking with Pam Eagan. With 25 years experience selling homes in Ahwatukee Foothills she knows the markets, the buyers and the sellers, which is why readers voted her “Best Real Estate Agent” in Ahwatukee Foothill’s Best of 2009. And today’s economic slump is nothing new for Eagan: She remembers the recession of the late 1980s and 1990s when the markets were down.
“I’ve been here before. I didn’t just come into the business 10 years ago when business was good,” she said.
But the best compliment for any real estate agent is repeat business, where the children of past clients come and ask her to help sell or buy a home because they remember the service their parents received when they bought a home.
